You can’t beat this location! Close to shopping and dining. It’s a beautiful property.

We look forward to our valentines stay here. The food is delicious. There’s a gorgeous truffle display at check in. The staff is always above and beyond and it’s quiet. Even the hot tub has a quiet relaxation. The heavenly bed is the best sleep and lounging. We love to just relax in it after dinner and fall asleep. Definitely recommend!!

I love to stay at the Westin for the location. Having convenient free parking is a bonus as well as the covered walkway to Galleria. The hotel is super quiet and clean and the bed is heavenly.

Lovely place if you need to be in the area. Great rooms, loved they had a bath and a shower. Pool/hot tub perfect. Nice gym. Awesome staff. Very happy.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We requested it be deodorized but we did not see anyone perform this or respond to our comments at the desk. Otherwise this was a great hotel and the staff were courteous and helpful.

Quick, easy check in. Professional staff. Room is clean and well furnished.

Room was good, thought the "village" decoration in the lobby area was an eyesore and trashy.
